iPhone has been the greatest hit for Apple. But as the product chain grew old customers wanted more, and in the list of many was the demand for the Red iPhone. The Apple had already launched its many products in (Product)RED color but this is the first-time Apple has launched a RED iPhone.
The all new (Product)RED iPhone looks stunning in this ionized Aluminium finish and it perfectly matches the esthetic of camera of iPhone 7 Plus. The only complain from customers for this new color seems to be the white regular front of the iPhone. Nobody knows why Apple chose the white front or didn’t spend more time in getting the color combination right because in my own opinion black would have looked much more gorgeous, but if you are red and white kind of guy I cannot blame you for that
Apple has long been a corporate supporter of the (RED) campaign, which looks to engage with the private sector as part of a larger mission to raise awareness and funds to try and eliminate HIV/AIDS in Africa. So, a small amount of your purchase of (Product)RED iPhone will be used for the (RED) campaign.
The hardware itself is same as standard iPhone 7/iPhone 7 Plus, which ships with the usual configuration options of either a 4.7-inch or 5.5-inch display, but finished with a stunning red finish which instantly makes it stand out from all other iPhone exteriors.
Also according to CEO Tim Cook, is also the company’s biggest commitment to the (RED) campaign yet:
“The introduction of this special edition iPhone in a gorgeous red finish is our biggest (PRODUCT)RED offering to date in celebration of our partnership with (RED), and we can’t wait to get it into customers’ hands.”
By this manner, the new iPhone is great for people who like to be different, love this new color or like to engage in the charity and support great causes.
It looks like the iPhone 7 is a product of change, at least from the external look of the smartphone. Apple used its official flagship launch to introduce the stunning black and jet black colors and now used a relatively small scale launch to introduce all new RED iPhone.
Apple will be making the new “Special Edition” device available to purchase in 128GB and 256GB models starting this coming Friday, March 24th, with all purchases contributing to the Global Fund to support HIV/AIDS programmes with the intention of delivering an AIDS-free generation.
